Barite Raymond Mill is applicable to the grinding and processing of more than280 kinds of non-flammable and non-explosive materials with hardness less than7 and humidity less than 6% in mining, construction, chemical industry and metallurgy, such as barite, calcite, feldspar, talcum, marble, limestone, clay, glass.
Raymond mill machine is used for grinding barite, limestone, kaolin, ceramic and other materials below a hardness of 9.3 Mohs.

Working Principle of Fluorite Raymond mill:
Firstly, raw material is crushed by jaw crusher to the size required, then elevated into a hopper from which the material is transported through the electro-magnetic vibrating feeder evenly and continuously into the grinding chamber for powder-processing.
After the materials are put into the grinding room of the main equipment, the grinding roll swings outward and presses closely upon the grinding ring due to the centrifugal force in rotation of the main shaft. The shovel carries materials to the space between the grinding roll and grinding ring, and materials are ground as the grinding roll rolls.
